(and it's my birthday! :-))posted on 19 December 2011VickySt. Pauls Carnival a few years ago.. apart from the festival itself (the entertainment and food) being great and the weather holding up well, it was a few days after Michael Jackson died and the atmosphere later on in the night was electric as a result. Loads of people were playing his music from speakers set up on their windowsills, adults and children were dancing in the street, everyone was at ease and having fun. I met some really interesting people, drank some rum and had me a little boogie. A great night.
