Explore & contribute

Welcome to Explore & Contribute – a place to contribute your own experiences and opinions, and become part of the living record of this great city. These pages expand M Shed beyond its physical space at the Harbourside, and out across the world. You can find out more here about the objects on view at M Shed and the people’s stories which they illustrate. But you can do more than that. Visitors to the galleries down at the Harbourside can add their stories and opinions to those on display, via the ICT kiosks in each gallery. And online visitors can do the same via the pages here. The online stories you send, and discussions you contribute to here, are reflected on the kiosks in the M Shed galleries, and vice versa. It’s one big world-wide conversation about Bristol – both its past, and where, together, we can take it in the future.
